intern- Solution Architect.

Job Description

Position Overview:As a College Intern in Solution Architecture at SUSE, you will work closely with our seasoned solution architects and contribute to real-world projects that shape the architecture of innovative software solutions. This internship is designed to offer a holistic learning experience, allowing you to apply your academic understanding in a professional setting and gain insights into solution design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective software solutions.
2- Contribute to the creation and documentation of solution architectures for projects.
3- Assist in the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies and tools for solution implementation.
4 -Work on proof-of-concept projects to validate architectural decisions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with architectural guidelines.
5 - Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in solution architecture.
6- Document solution architecture designs and best practices.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field). Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python. Understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Enthusiasm for open source and a passion for learning.
