About This Job

The Trust Company intern will work closely with our institutional sales and sales resource team. The intern may sit in on internal team meetings, shadow and/or receive one-on-one time with team members to get a better understanding of their job responsibilities, help with any requests or small projects that team has, and if appropriate attend client meetings. The intern will also concentrate on a few key projects. Examples of key projects may consist of working with our sales team on prospect research, setting up a systematic drip campaign, proposal writing and content management. The intern will also assist, as needed, with any general support within the Trust Company which could include: preparing presentations/books for meetings, prospect spreadsheet assistance/research, mass mailings, support for events, etc.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00-5:00pm. Can be flexible with school schedules (PT or FT hours available)
• Expected to be onsite but can be flexible as needed by the Trust Company

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma and least some progression towards a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 0+ years' experience required
