As our Internal communication Project Manager, you will be able to boost your skills and build your network as a part of a 100 people strong marketing communications community. 

Job Description

As our Internal Communication Intern, your key missions will be to support:

Content creation

• Editorial content: articles, posts, briefs, scripts, slides...
• Powerpoints: reviewing and refining powerpoints
• Video editing: help with shooting and editing internal videos

Community management

• Preparing content and posting on group wide platforms (WorkPlace by Facebook)
• Collecting best practices and supporting in preparing guidelines

Internal Event support

• Support the organisation of recurring group and corporate (headquarter events) internal virtual and physical events

Help manage Intranet pages

• Support in maintaining a group editorial calendar for Group wide news and campaigns, support coordination of posts/content with external communications and local internal communications network. 
• Updating content on group Intranet (G Suite platform)

Reporting:

• Monthly follow-up on outputs, engagement/participation, and impact for Devoteam’s internal communication channels and initiatives. 

Qualifications

You are a reliable, team player, passionate about technology and what it can do for mankind, and you already have tested your wings in some similar trainee positions. 

Must-haves: 

• In your Master’s studies (Communication, Business School or university). 
• Native/Bilingual English proficiency is required (written and spoken).
• Good understanding of social media networks and community management. 

Bonus:

• Command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) 
• Other language skills and experience living abroad (outside France)
