Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist Opportunity

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group has excellent full-time, part-time or contingent employment opportunities for Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalists to join our multi-specialty group located in the greater Ann Arbor area, Michigan.

IHA is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to become part of a large hospitalist group. This group consists of 70+ hospitalists in addition to 20+ midlevel providers. The partners are looking for associates who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital.

Candidates seeking full time employment can expect to work approximately 192 shifts per year, ten-hour shifts, which will include afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays. Most of the providers work 7 days on/7 days off. The work schedules allow for a balance between personal and professional life.

Trinity Health Ann Arbor has a variable census of 250-280 with an average census of 14-16 patients per physician each shift. The ICU is closed with an Intensivist on duty 7:00 am - 12:00 am with after hour call.

Trinity Health Livingston has an average census of 25-30. The ICU is open with an Intensivist on duty Monday to Friday with afternoon rounds.

Trinity Health Livonia Hospital has an average census of 14-20.
