As an Event and Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our social media presence and brand awareness and international events management. You will work closely with the Brand & Communications Team to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement.

Under the supervision of the Seniors Brand & Communications Director, you will be responsible for:

Events:

• Support in the organization and coordination of global events, encompassing our involvement in industry conferences, client-focused proprietary events, and other event initiatives.
• Facilitate coordination and communication with suppliers and partners to guarantee seamless execution of events.
• Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to develop promotion and communication strategies for international events.

Social Media:

• Collaborating closely with the Marketing Content Manager and executing Editorial Calendar.
• Developing and implementing social media content calendars across various platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Creating compelling and engaging content tailored to social media to enhance our brand's presence and reach.
• Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Executing and monitoring Paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads to reach target audiences effectively and maximize brand visibility.
• Analyzing social media performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in French and English required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. LinkedIn Ads back office is a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
