The expertise we’re looking for

• 2+ years of professional experience in IT product company;
• IP (developing software for computer/mobile platforms);
• Knowledge in the sphere international corporate, contract, AML/KYC, data protection and compliance regulations;
• Corporate/M A, International Structuring
• Fluency (at least B2) in English (oral, written, legal);
• Business-minded proactive approach;
• Attention to details;
• Experience in English and Polish law would be an advantage;
• Good time-management skills, confident soft skills, teamwork skills;

Your position will include

• Efficient legal support of the everyday company’s operational activity;
• Conducting of DD procedure of foreign counterparties;
• Handle transactions in the overseas jurisdictions, structure international transactions;
• Handle international and local tax issues;
• Contractual work, drafting, amending agreements, corporate documents templates;
• Legal research of legislation of various jurisdictions (UA, EU, USA), constant monitoring of changes in legislation applicable to the company;
• Intellectual property protection (legal research in EU/USA intellectual property law);
• Legal support in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
• Negotiations with foreign clients, partners, etc;
• Dealing with other corporate matters;
