Internet Enrollment Specialist

Working as an Internet Enrollment Specialist at our company, you will have the chance to connect customers with leading top telecommunication services to assist with their internet and service needs. This Internet Enrollment Specialist position offers the chance to connect customers beyond just their normal telecommunication services they have had in the past with unreliable internet speeds. Our customers care about convenience and the fastest speeds which is why our Internet Enrollment Specialist will work with customers to actively listen to their needs and come up with a service solution that best fits their demand and current requests. We are seeking an Internet Enrollment Specialist who is aligned with our customer service mentality and the ability to introduce customers to services they could have never imagined were possible. As an Internet Enrollment Specialist, you will also work to educate customers on services they may be eligible for & deliver them a superior experience that makes them a lasting customer. The Internet Enrollment Specialist will also work to acquire new customers, demonstrate new services, and manage the customers account. We are seeking someone who enjoys learning and wanting to take on new challenges. Internet Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities: • Connect with customers on their internet and about new products and services available to them to create the convenience that each of our customers look for • Present tailored speeds and solutions that best fit each customer’s needs along with any promotions available • Be attentive and actively listen to customers to understand what it is they are looking for in their new services which will increase satisfaction • Maintain an in depth understanding of products and services available to each customer when managing their accounts so that the information is accurate • Track products and services that customers enjoy the most to give feedback to AT&T and our top managers on the better • Work with team members for continuous improvement and career development in our Internet Enrollment Specialist role Internet Enrollment Specialist Qualifications: • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, enrollment or a related field is a plus • A proactive and solution oriented approach when working with customers and troubleshooting their questions and/or concerns • Interested in learning more about telecommunication services • Ability to maneuver an Ipad or Tablet, and if not, open to learning technology devices • Bilingual is a plus to work with diverse customers but not required for this position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,836.31 - $4,620.07 per month Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
