Position Summary The Internet Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining Romo Door Supply’s online presence through social media, SEO, and digital campaigns. This role focuses on creating high-quality, engaging content for platforms such asFacebook, Instagram, and Google, while implementing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and support sales conversions. The ideal candidate will be skilled insocial media marketing, SEO, content creation, andAI toolsto streamline and scale campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Plan, write, and publish regular posts for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other platforms. • Develop and implement a social media calendar to promote products, project photos, sales, and educational content. • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, etc.) to assist with content creation, research, and automation. • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance to improve engagement and lead generation. • Perform basic SEO tasks, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and backlink strategy. • Assist in managing and optimizing the company website for better user experience and conversion. • Coordinate with sales and production teams to feature products, services, and customer projects online. • Support email marketing campaigns and CRM integrations. • Stay current on trends in the construction/building materials industry and digital marketing best practices. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in digital or social media marketing. • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.). • Experience using Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms. • Familiarity with website CMS platforms. • Skilled in using AI marketing tools for content creation and automation. • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Able to lift 80lbs to move materials to take photos of materials. • Knowledge of construction materials or the home improvement industry is a plus. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
