We are seeking to bring on a new Internet Sales Associate team member. As part of our Internet Sales Associate team, you will provide industry leading internet, as well as mobile communication to businesses throughout the area. As an Internet Sales Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a customer-focused environment where your contributions make a real impact on business and their every day operations. In today’s fast world of technology, we are looking for our Internet Sales Associate who will make our services stand out so creativity is important. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience, increasing customer service skills, and our company's product knowledge. This Internet Sales Associate role is designed to develop future leaders in telecommunications. Starting at the entry level, the Internet Sales Associate will be guided to grow into roles of increased responsibility and innovation. Internet Sales Associate Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional in-person services to businesses, introducing AT&T’s innovative products and services, creating lasting customer experiences • Assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions, ensuring a personalized experience that builds loyalty and boosts sales. • Use your professional, empathetic, and engaging communication skills to foster trust with customers and drive interest in AT&T products. • Process sales orders regularly for customers from start to finish being their main point of contact during their purchasing request • Proactively meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets, supporting both customer acquisition and customer retention efforts • Work closely with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotions, contributing to team success • With continuous guidance and support, gain the skills needed to lead teams, train new hires, and drive successful internet sales Internet Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications: • Confident with the ability to clearly present products and services to a variety of customers. • Passion for sales, customer service, and any new skill is a plus • A natural ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example, while resolving challenges and driving positive outcomes. • Comfort in working with different businesses and adjusting to dynamic environments • Reliable, proactive, and always ready to take on new challenges with a positive attitude. • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and stay on top of responsibilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,700.00 per month Work Location: On the road
