A progressive, physician-led Nephrology practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a dynamic and driven BE/BC interventional nephrologists to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a partner in one of the leading Nephrology groups in the nation and earn in the top 10% of Nephrologists in the country.

Position Details:
• Monday-Friday schedule. 8-10 cases per day.
• Interventional nephrology focus - 100% of cases will be interventional.
• Nationally recognized physician-led nephrology practice with over 70 physicians across 40 locations the Phoenix and Tucson Metropolitan areas.
• Robust administrative and clinical support including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff to provide quality care and ensure patient retention.

In addition to a competitive base salary with production bonus, the group offers a partnership track which includes dialysis ownership and additional income and investment opportunities.
• Partners are earning $850,000.
• Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, up to 9 weeks of PTO, $2,000 CME stipend, and 401k with 3% match.
