Join Victory Clinic as a BE/BC Psychiatrist and take a leading role in advancing interventional psychiatry in Wichita, KS. This outpatient position offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no call, giving you the freedom to focus on high-quality careand your life outside the clinic. Full training in TMS and SPRAVATO is provided, making this a great opportunity for Psychiatrists wanting to grow into advanced modalities.

The Position:
• Guide treatment planning and oversee TMS and SPRAVATO services (full training provided)
• 100% outpatient role - no call, no nights, no weekends
• Participate in clinical oversight, team training, and protocol development
• Strong team culture and full admin support

Compensation:
• Competitive base salary + Medical Director stipend
