Interventional Pulmonologist

Boston Medical Center (BMC) and the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pulmonologist to join our renowned Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, Sleep & Critical Care Medicine. This is a unique opportunity to practice advanced pulmonary procedures at New England’s largest safety-net hospital and a nationally recognized academic institution.

Position Highlights:

• Perform advanced interventional procedures including flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), navigational bronchoscopy, airway stenting, pleural interventions (thoracentesis, indwelling catheters, pleuroscopy), and more
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including thoracic surgery, oncology, radiology, and critical care
• Balanced clinical responsibilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Faculty appointment at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine with opportunities for teaching, research, and program development

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
• Commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and health equity
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
