Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit health system in South Carolina, is seeking an invasive, non-interventional cardiologist to join our established team of one MD and three APPs in Sumter, South Carolina.  Prisma Health – Midlands Cardiology is a well-respected progressive cardiology practice with 9 practice locations across the Midlands.  This position is full time in our Sumter, South Carolina location.  We provide team-based care with an outpatient pacemaker clinic, nuclear stress testing, and echo and vascular imaging. Sumter has a full service diagnostic cath lab where you can perform right and left heart catheterizations, pacemakers, and peripheral vascular angiography.

Prisma Health Cardiology consists of 36 cardiologists with service line specialties including advanced heart failure, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, sleep medicine, and general cardiology.  We collaborated with the University of South Carolina School of Medicine to sponsor a Cardiology Fellowship that began in July 2017.
