Investor Relations Manager

We're currently looking for a highly-motivated investor relations, equity research, or investment banking professional to join our lean but indispensable Investor Relations team. Reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations, you will have the opportunity to assist in managing the information flow between our company, the investment community, and buy- and sell-side analysts to help strengthen and evolve RingCentral's external narrative.
This role is Hybrid, in office 30 business days per quarter.
To succeed in this role:

• Build a deep understanding of RingCentral's strategy, market position, core and adjacent offerings, operating initiatives and financial outlook
• Collaborate with Head of Investor Relations, Executive Management and other internal groups including: Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Communications, Sales, and Product Management to develop and frame key messaging points regarding the company's strategy and results
• Support the quarterly earnings process by preparing earnings conference call script, press release, investor presentation, Q&A documents, and other prep materials for sell-side and buy-side post-earnings calls
• Support the planning, logistics and execution of key investor events such as conferences, NDRs, and bus tours, including: investor targeting, interest and engagement tracking, FAQ prep and logistical support
• Track and maintain consensus projections based on financial estimates from sell-side analysts covering RingCentral; also track ratings, price targets and other relevant data
• Monitor and track analyst research, communicating relevant actions and themes to the senior management team to help shape external messaging
• Monitor industry earnings calls, presentations and media commentary; prepare management to be able to respond to questions derived from industry events + competitor earnings
• Track, analyze, and report on investor base / shareholder changes
• Maintain investor CRM platform with meetings / calls conducted
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate management of RingCentral's IR website
• Manage 3 rd party vendor relationships with event platforms and market data firms
• Perform ad-hoc work: peer benchmarking, company-wide internal presentations, and key competitor earnings analysis
• Help incorporate IR leading best practices into IR program (investor targeting, ESG efforts, investor perception surveys, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with SEC requirements and Reg FD

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in roles related to: equity research, investor relations , or investment banking
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the presence and confidence to interact with Executive Management, sell-side analysts, and institutional shareholders
• Experience analyzing financial statements, data sets and building financial models
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple high-priority responsibilities, and adapt to a dynamic environment as part of a small but very active and visible team
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Relentless attention to detail and accuracy of work

If you are hired in California the compensation range for this position is between $110,160 and $155,520 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
