Invoicing Support

Invoicing support services in the Capital Projects area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred and five (5) years of exposure in invoicing, billing, or a related financial support role, preferably in a Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Bilingual (Spanish and English). 
• Experience with:
  
  • Collaborating with various teams, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining compliance with invoicing procedures.
  • Capital projects, accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to gather necessary information for invoicing.
• Ensure timely and accurate creation of invoices based on project milestones, deliverables, and contractual terms.
• Review project-related documentation to verify the accuracy of invoicing details.
• Confirm that all invoiced items align with project contracts and agreements.
• Communicate with customers to address any invoicing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a clear understanding of invoicing details.
• Enter invoicing data into the financial system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all invoicing transactions.
• Ensure compliance with invoicing regulations and industry standards.
• Stay informed about changes in invoicing and taxation policies that may impact the manufacturing sector.
• Work closely with the finance department to reconcile invoicing records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide support during financial audits related to invoicing processes.
• Generate and provide regular reports on invoicing activities to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in preparing management reports related to invoicing performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of invoicing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes as needed.
