IoT Solutions Technician (Connected Offers Performance & Solution Delivery Technician)

Location: Hatfield or Warrington (Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking an IoT Solutions Technician to join our innovative team in Hatfield or Warrington. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of technical challenges, customer interaction, and cutting-edge technology in the energy sector. What You'll Do:

• Guide Customers: Help customers in remote locations navigate technical steps for their connected services.
• Analyse Data: Use data from connected services to identify commercial opportunities.
• Set Up and Commission Services: Work with energy management systems, including setup, remote commissioning, and diagnostics.
• Support Colleagues: Provide mentorship and training on best practices in lead generation and connected services.
• Collaborate: Work with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Stay Ahead: Continuously develop your skills with new offers like EV Advisor and cybersecurity audits.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong IT literacy, with knowledge of networks and electrical infrastructure.
• Technical experience in data centres, electrical engineering, or energy management.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Fluency in European languages is a plus but not essential.
