Your Role and Responsibilities
ISE is looking for a Systems Engineer to provide technical support services using public cloud to promote digital transformation and rapid launch of new services for our customers.
Based on knowledge and experience in public cloud not limited to IBM Cloud, you will work with sales and service departments as an expert in cloud technology to develop solutions using cloud technology and provide technical support related to cloud.

• Develop solutions and provide technical support for customers using cloud technology.
• Support for public cloud deployment/utilization and application deployment to public cloud, etc.
• Support for technical Q&A, technical validation, and information dissemination for IBM SW products.
• Have an interest in not only infrastructure, but also in applications.
• Be interested in not only infrastructure but also applications.

• Practical experience (3 years) leading design, implementation, and testing on public clouds such as AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, etc.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc. (self-study experience is also acceptable).
• Skill in collaborating with customers and other departments within the company to promote projects.
• Communication skills to promote information sharing and discussion in a team.

• Public cloud vendor certifications.
• Knowledge and implementation experience with Red Hat OpenShift container platform.
• Knowledge and implementation experience with networking technologies (DNS, security, load balancing) for cloud infrastructure (VPC or traditional).
• Experience developing applications on PaaS services and containers.
• Knowledge and implementation experience in automation of operations using CI/CD, DevSecOps, etc.
• Migration experience from on-premise environment to public cloud.
