Description and Requirements

The ISG Service Parts Services NA & LAS Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for order management and fulfillment for all service parts orders received in the Americas Region.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

β€’ Creating reports merging data from various sources, extracting, validating, and controlling data.

β€’ Identifying projected shortages, and collaborating to avoid the shortage and reduce the impact.

β€’ Perform Backlog management, minimize and reduce customer backlog and avoid aging backlog.

β€’ Provide ETA reports keeping customers informed for customer backlog.

β€’ Communicate directly with vendors to resolve any order delays

β€’ Reporting backlog trends and actions for continuous improvement to reduce and avoid backlog.

β€’ Performing root cause and taking necessary corrective action when parts are not available.

β€’ Performing root cause and taking necessary actions for material without demand.

β€’ Reporting to management, the KPIS associated with Planning and Fulfillment.

β€’ 12x7 management of critical parts related phone calls and emails (shared responsibility across the team)

Position Requirements:

β€’ Bachelor degree or above

β€’ 1 years working experience on supply chain related positions.

β€’ Administration background

β€’ Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with excel & PPT, SAP experience is preferred

β€’ Excellent written & verbal communication skills, English

β€’ Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment

β€’ Detail orientated

3 Weekdays + Saturday & Sunday - (Flexible schedule OOH / Weekends)
