The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)

IBM Staff Operations Japan (ISOC), a group company of the global IT company IBM, is looking for a BPO Operations Member position.

This position is responsible for BPO projects related to [Human Resources] for a major client company.

Specifically, execute each step in accordance with business rules and process procedures.

• Input and check work into PCs. (Salary and bonus calculation, attendance management, social insurance, commuting expense calculation, retirement allowance calculation, inhabitant tax, year-end adjustment, etc.)
• Respond to inquiries by e-mail, etc.

Assumed annual salaly range : Approximately 2.5 to 3.5 million yen

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)
Japanese CV is required.

• Microsoft Office skills (Excel input and spreadsheets, Word input, Outlook e-mail creation, etc.)
• Business system operあation (data entry, data extraction, etc.)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in human resources related work (payroll calculation, etc.)
• Experience using HR systems (COMPANY is assumed)
• Experience using Excel functions (SUM/COUNT/VLOOKUP)
