What You'll Get to Do:

CACI has an immediate opening for a Junior level Business Analyst focused on Process Optimization of new and existing workflows, systems, and business processes. Candidate will have the opportunity to work with Internal customers gathering requirements and mapping processes, driving clarity towards desired outcomes. Candidate must have technical aptitude to learn automation, collaboration, and process mapping tools.

NOTE: This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK and will work a hybrid schedule of a mix of remote and in the office. US Citizenship is required.

More About the Role:

• Work directly with the CACI Stakeholders to perform analysis related to shared services performance, organizational impact, performance metrics to include financial, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Document business process flows utilizing critical analysis for complete current state understanding.
• Leverage subject matter expertise of shared service solution offerings to contribute to transformation initiatives that will include performance improvement, implementation of innovation enabling technology, and organizational change.
• Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define business requirements. Develop requirements and process documentation.
• Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements.
• Attend meetings, document discussions and decisions, prepare status reports, prepare briefing materials and other work products.

• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Must be a Team player with a positive attitude
• Desire to learn process management and project management skills
• Be Curious, willing to learn
• Aptitude for learning new technologies in support of the role such as ServiceNow, UiPath, Visio or other process mapping tools
