We are looking for an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and managing IT projects, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.What you will do: • Analyze and document business processes and requirements for IT projects. • Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure alignment and clarity of scope and deliverables. • Plan, monitor, and control project activities, resources, budget, and risks. • Manage project communication, documentation, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices. • Conduct testing, user acceptance, and training for IT solutions. • Provide post-implementation support and feedback.What you will bring: • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst and project manager in IT projects. • Strong knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Attention to detail and quality orientation.
