Job Description
We are seeking candidates who are currently residing in Puerto Rico, as this position requires on-site work. Please note that no travel or relocation expenses will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in system configurations and object design/development under expert guidance.
- Engage in periodic maintenance of enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in all tasks.
- Help assess incidents and support the resolution process in alignment with business priorities.
- Provide operational support for business applications, encompassing change management, system modifications, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with IS Architects and System Owners to craft a coordinated solution across manufacturing execution system (MES), Data Historian (Pi) and other enterprise systems as applicable.
- Contribute to a team-driven environment, ensuring effective communication between business partners, technical teams, and vendors.
What We Look For:
- Fundamental understanding of customer service excellence.
- A commitment to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of database and software technologies (MS SQL Server, Oracle, XML, SQL, etc.) — not required but advantageous.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules and the ability to manage remote work effectively.Â
- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
