We partner with leading organizations to provide exceptional talent solutions that drive innovation and business success. Currently, we are collaborating with our client, robusta, to recruit a dedicated and strategic IT Business Partner for their Human Resources department.

The IT Business Partner for HR will play a vital role in bridging the gap between HR and IT, driving initiatives that enhance the HR technology landscape and improve employee experience. This individual will be responsible for identifying technology needs, implementing solutions, and ensuring alignment between HR objectives and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with HR leadership to identify technology needs and integrate IT solutions that support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Requirements Analysis: Gather detailed requirements from HR stakeholders to develop tailored technology solutions that address business challenges.
  • Systems Management: Oversee the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of HR information systems and tools.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, enhance decision-making, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships between HR and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in HR technology or IT roles, ideally within HR functions, with a strong understanding of HR processes.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other HR management systems; demonstrated ability to analyze and implement technology solutions.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
