What You'll Do

• Quickly learn the intricacies of the Real Estate business to effectively understand its operations and dynamics.
• Articulate ideas verbally and in written form to cater to individuals across all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
• Craft communications tailored to diverse audiences, adapting tone and content appropriately to resonate with different stakeholders.
• Skillfully prioritize tasks and responsibilities to manage workload efficiently, ensuring timely completion of essential activities.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and precision in communications and tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in navigating through unexpected challenges or changes, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain effectiveness.
• Identify key stakeholders and establish effective communication channels, ensuring the smooth flow of information and facilitating decision-making processes impacting Change Management initiatives.

What You Know

• Demonstrated ability to oversee activities aimed at driving culture changes within organizations, fostering sustainable performance improvements by enhancing change capability among leaders, workforces, and teams.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive organizational readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings to project teams and senior leaders.
• Capability to understand and provide strategic advice to the leadership team on crucial Organizational Development, Change, or Behavioral Change Issues essential for the successful implementation of initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully leading, managing change, and motivating others, fostering an environment conducive to adaptation and innovation.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated history of managing large-scale projects or programs and implementing technical infrastructures efficiently.
• Preferred possession of a Change Management certification or designation, showcasing dedication to professional growth and expertise in the field.

Compensation Band

• $135-140k per year
