IT Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive office based Data Analyst to support our team with light data-related responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with basic IT proficiency and foundational experience in data analysis and reporting. The analyst will assist with compiling reports, validating data, and supporting business decisions through clear and accurate insights to be based at our Headquarters in Brooklyn, New York.Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and organize datasets from internal systems and external sources. • Generate recurring reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or other • reporting tools. • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, or anomalies. • Assist with basic IT duties. • Assist with updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets. • Collaborate with team members to support ad hoc data requests. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for decision-making. • Help document data processes and workflows for internal reference.Qualifications Qualifications Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters) and/or Google Sheets. Familiarity with file formats such as CSV, XLSX, and basic database concepts. Comfortable with general IT tasks (file management, cloud platforms, basic troubleshooting). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Experience with basic data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio). Exposure to CRM systems, SQL, or cloud-based tools (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace).
