About the Position: IT Manager (San Jose, CA) 

ZEDEDA is looking for an IT Manager to oversee our software, network infrastructure, and other IT-related processes. The IT Manager will supervise the workflow and maintenance of our company’s computing needs in a manner consistent with IT procedures and practices as defined in company policies and compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and FedRAMP. We are looking for a candidate that is driven, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, multi-tasks, learns quickly, and can adapt to and work well in a fast-paced distributed environment in the following ways: 

Responsibilities

• Manage software and network infrastructure, including maintenance, evaluation, deployment, and permissions of new and existing IT servicesOversee all IT assets and maintain an accurate and comprehensive enterprise asset inventory
• Control procurement, management, and forecasting processes related to IT assets
• Establish and own relationships with IT-related contractors and vendors
• Manage MSPs and support multiple offices (SJ, Berlin, and Bangalore) with IT and Networking needs
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to internal IT
• Execute all IT policies and procedures in accordance with ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and FedRAMP compliance standards
• Manage compliance driven projectsManage weekly and quarterly compliance audits for IT domain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
• Experience working with contractors and/or vendors to manage, deploy, and maintain IT systems
• Experience working in a Mac, Windows, and Linux environmentStrong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices, including IT compliance and regulations
