IT Operations Strategist

Digital Resource is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of data platforms, process automation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate not only has IT operations experience but also leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate various data driven platforms through applications such as Zapier and Make
• Develop and manage integrations using custom APIs
• Manage data reporting platforms, including TapClicks and Google Data Studio
• Add tracking scripts to websites and landing pages
• CRM Management
  • Client account setup
  • Automate the delivery of leads from various lead generating platforms into client CRM accounts
  • Create automated workflows to send leads through customized pipelines
• Participate in
  • Weekly department meetings to update managers of current status on projects and openly discuss bottleneck in workloads and provide potential solutions
  • Interdepartmental meetings to gather information to provide logical, efficient strategies for integrating steps between multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Client facing meetings led by an Account Manager to walk clients through internal service platforms, and to provide automation/integration solutions to our clients’ challenges
• Perform minor website maintenance
• LiveChat assistance
• Lead as small team of technical staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical operations with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in data integration and API development
• Strong knowledge of integration platforms like Zapier or Make
• Excellent understanding of data reporting platforms such as TapClicks and Google Data Studio
• Familiarity with website tracking scripts and landing page optimization
• Familiarity with Webflow and/or Wordpress
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive projects forward while balancing multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex technical problems
