Job purpose
As part of BorgWarner's IT Performance and Strategy Office, the IT Performance Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for the definition, measurement, and reporting of IT performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and draws insight that allow business improvement. The IT Performance Manager (m/f/d) will own the creation, maintenance and governance of an IT performance scorecard linked to a specific set of business-defined objectives to enable greater efficiency, collaboration, and alignment across BorgWarner and to deliver impact against the greatest opportunities.
Included Key aspects of the IT Performance Manager (m/f/d) role:
- Definition of KPIs in alignment with business- and IT-organization to measure progress of business- and the derived IT-strategies and by that allow the measurement of progress against these strategic and tactical goals
- Ownership of the definition and deployment of tools to measure these KPIs - in strong collaboration to existing service teams (Business Intelligence, Service Delivery, etc.)
- Own the "delivery" in a repeatable/comparable format to the proper group of stakeholder-audiences
Key responsibilities

- Developing IT enterprise level 'health', and performance objectives & reporting
- Establishing metrics to measure the IT organization against stated strategy objectives
- Standardizing IT/Site scorecards for BU & Service Owner reporting
- Providing clarity and consistency on program budgets, deliverables, and business outcomes; Determine how to best look at throughput, demand management, constraints, etc.
- Establishing structured retrospectives for harmonization of programs
- Coordinate critical information channels for top priority initiatives
- Leverage former experience and industry-knowledge -network to bring external perspective into the play and apply best-practices
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities - incl. being on their pulse and deliver exactly on what's important to them and apply the right measures to "measure what matters"

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or other related technical degree; Master's degree is a plus
- 6 plus years IT experience in multiple capacities with a track record of exceptional delivery
- 2 plus years of organizational and/or supplier performance management
- Experience in ERP (SAP), BI tools, Microsoft/SharePoint knowledge and experience is a plus
- Ability to deliver outcomes in a global, matrix organization with diverse stakeholders and priorities
- Ability to get results by working through systems and relationships to drive execution in a team with matrix reporting structures
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across many stakeholder groups (shop floor, department managers, IT Service Leads, Regional Sr Managers, BU IT heads, and Corporate Executives); work harmoniously and effectively as part of a global team
- Results oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
