IT Production Ops - Job Scheduling Analyst

Job scheduling using the Fortra ROBOT scheduler on the production AS400 iSeries (IBM i) system and related support.Core functions:

• ROBOT scheduler job scheduling for AS400 iSeries (IBM i) system
  • Build permanent scheduling definitions, including: calendars, resources, variables, events.
• Perform periodic ROBOT-related system outage support as needed for Major Releases and role swaps.
• Assist teammates
• Participate in cross-training
• Assist with DR and Audit tasks
• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues as second level support
• Participate in on-call rotations and periodic weekend maintenance support

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in an IT role (e.g. Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support)
• 0-2 years job scheduling experience using Robot for iSeries or similar
• 0-2 years of experience with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotations and periodic weekend maintenance support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ServiceNow for change management, Incident, Problem, and Work request
• Working knowledge of:
  • NDM, FTP
  • iSeries (IBM i) (OS/400)
• Careful attention to detail
  
  Customer Service mindset

Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $40.90This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
