IT Program Manager

Based in Washington D.C. We bring passion, sincerity and integrity to every product and service we provide to our customers. Pivot Path Solutions is currently seeking a technical IT Program Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, however candidates are preferred based in Washington D.C. Metro area. 
Project Description: 
This initiative is designed to support the Information Technology mission of the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The program will deliver a range of services encompassing Cybersecurity, Information Systems Operations, Enclave Desktop Support, Mobile Technology Services, Infrastructure Services, Information Systems Development and Modernization, as well as Web Services Development, Management, and Support.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Project Organization and Management:

   • Efficiently organize and manage multiple, complex, and inter-related IT project tasks.
   • Ensure seamless coordination and integration of project activities.

2. Senior-Level Communication:

   • Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and constraints at senior levels with a customer-centric approach.
   • Foster effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

3. Task Formulation and Review:

   • Collaborate with customer and contractor personnel to formulate, refine, and review task plans.
   • Conduct thorough reviews of deliverable items in coordination with project stakeholders.

4. Meeting Facilitation and Documentation:

   • Conduct scheduled meetings with precision, addressing project updates and requirements as necessary.
   • Take comprehensive meeting minutes and disseminate them within four days following the meeting.

5. Preparation for Meetings:

   • Ensure readiness for scheduled meetings by printing read-ahead materials two days prior, as required.
   • Facilitate smooth and well-prepared discussions during project meetings.

6. Project Reporting:

   • Compile and submit the Administration & Operations Branch Project Status Report by the 15th of each month.
   • Provide accurate and timely information to support decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in managing federal programs/projects, systems engineering lifecycles, and federal consulting.
• Must be an accredited Project Manager with a PMP or Scrum Master certification. 
• Must be able to receive a DoD 8570 IAM Level 1 certification.
