Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Coordinator to join our team. The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing network infrastructure projects
• Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems
• Coordinating with various teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security professionals
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Managing risks and issues associated with network projects
• Documenting network configurations and procedures
• Assisting with technical writing
• Creating service proposals with detailed a detailed Statement of Work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise, data center, or service provider industries.
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience with tools like HaloPSA, Microsoft Planner, and ClickUp
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network technologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
