IT Project Manager

Summary: Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver business system projects, streamline processes, and support cross-functional teams from planning to implementation. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and evaluate IT and business system projects to ensure objectives are met. • Develop and implement project standards, procedures, and deployment strategies. • Guide Business Analysts and project teams through complex, sensitive initiatives. • Recommend process improvements and workflow enhancements. • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations. • Represent the organization in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills: • Strong project management expertise. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Proven process improvement and workflow mapping ability. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Experience driving adoption through change management. Preferred: • PMP or Six Sigma certification. • Agile methodologies. • ServiceNow or Salesforce experience. • Knowledge of AI applications, document, and case management systems.
