Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedule and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Leads weekly meetings with stakeholders to follow up on key deliverables.
• Lead Daily scrums with Project team to ensure they are on track.
• Takes note and provides continuous follow-ups for meetings.
• Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
• Oversees the day-to-day tasks needed to complete the projects and establishes priorities.
Required Skills/Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices from an Infrastructure and Service Delivery standpoint.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience with all forms of Project Management, including Agile, scrum and waterfall.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• A solid understanding of IT systems, networking, and computer software

Education and Experience:
· Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management or equivalent certification, Certification in either PRINCE2, Scrum and PMP.
· Must have at least five years of experience in management either at a lead or support level
· Must have working knowledge of project management tools, processes, framework and reporting standards'
