IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage technical project teams from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Oversee enhancements and optimizations to our Microsoft 365 environment. • Manage vendors and third-party service providers to meet project goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and communications. • Coordinate schedules and resources, anticipating and mitigating project risks. • Occasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays to meet critical project milestones. Required Qualifications: • Background withAgile/hybrid project delivery experience. • Experience with Cross-functional team coordination. • Experience with Technical risk and dependency management. • Experience with Enterprise cloud migration experience (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar). • Prior experience withIdentity and access management (IAM) in cloud environments. • Strong vendor management skills. • Deep Microsoft 365 suite expertise, with experience delivering highly technical projects. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX several days each week. • Must be able to occasionally work outside of normal business hours as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft 365 tenant migrations. • Azure Active Directory and Entra ID. • PMP or similar project management certification. • Experience in large-scale M365 modernization projects.
