Job Title: IT Project Manager III

As an IT Project Manager III at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have an exceptional opportunity to lead and successfully implement projects within our Secure Infrastructure Services Program Delivery. This role is unique because you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's strategic direction, architectural design, governance, and corporate change management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with different teams and individuals to ensure successful project delivery on a global scale.
• Track and manage project activities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Take charge of the exploration, preparation, and implementation phases of all relevant project tasks, with the goal of surpassing expectations of those involved.
• Provide accurate and regular reports on project status and performance
• Enhance the effectiveness and reliability of Project Management processes within our Global Infrastructure Services Project Delivery program

Requirements:

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships and promote open dialogue
• B2+ English Level.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sharp decision-making skills
• Achieve desired outcomes and a strong emphasis on surpassing the expectations of those involved
• Strong ability to effectively convey ideas and information through various channels
• Prior experience as a Team Lead or in leading virtual teams, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others
