Our client, a leader in the IT industry, is seeking an IT Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a IT Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job

• Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among business and technical users.
• Document customer business requirements through formal Business Analysis processes.
• Generate and analyze data/reports based on findings to provide solutions to systems issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to convey accurate project status and identify issues and risks.
• Support operations systems, including implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing applications.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 or more years of work experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and prior experience supporting internal customers.
• Familiarity with advanced IT concepts, service-oriented architecture, and web services.
