Education and Experience
Minimum Required
- Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years as a ITSM Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or a similar role
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- Not Applicable
Preferred:
- ITIL knowledge or certification
- ITSM Administrator certification
