IT Service Management Analyst

Education and Experience

Minimum Required

• Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years as a ITSM Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or a similar role

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Not Applicable

Preferred:

• ITIL knowledge or certification
• ITSM Administrator certification

Work Environment

• Office environment with heat and air conditioning. Ability to travel between UHS and CMH sites.
• Flexible hours.
