About the role:

Are you an expert in Source to Pay platforms? We're looking for an IT Architect to shape our architectural standards and support our business roadmap. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by collaborating with Global Procurement and ensuring our IT architecture supports business needs effectively.

What you will do:

• Design and drive the Global Source to Pay digital roadmap: Work with business counterparts to support and implement the roadmap, covering processes like Source to Contract, Purchase to Pay, and Invoice processing.

• Develop and implement IT architecture standards: Ensure alignment with business requirements and performance goals, consistent with Essity’s IT strategy and roadmap.

• Lead IT architecture analysis, design, and implementation: Ensure policies and standards are followed, validate requirements with stakeholders, and obtain buy-in for architecture designs.

• Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders: Work with business partners, information architects, enterprise architects, business analysts, and external service providers to ensure solutions and components meet objectives and performance goals.

• Create and present business cases: Assess architecture impacts for new or changed solutions, considering aspects like target architecture, strategic fit, cost, security, and value. Present these to stakeholders from both Business and IT.

• Identify and communicate cross-area issues: Address any issues that affect other project areas, ensuring integration of all requirements, including functional, security, performance, quality, and operations.

• Support development of reference architecture: Develop standards, manage exceptions, and actively seek out new technologies and trends, advocating for change within Essity.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.

• Over five years of experience in IT development and business analysis, specializing in Source to Pay platforms such as S4/HANA, Ariba, and Invoicetrack.

• Capable of effectively presenting complex technical topics to leadership and architectural boards.

• Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
