IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

In our internal IT team, you'll partner with Steven to deliver technical support throughout the entire company, equipping Sprykees with advanced Apple and Windows hardware and essential tools like Google Workspace, IdP (SSO), MDM, Asana, and Atlassian. As part of the CFO organization, you'll play a crucial role in empowering teams company-wide while also taking charge of your own growth and creating meaningful impact. 

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES

• Provide IT technical support across the company
• Manage onboarding and offboarding & asset management processes.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all office IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with the implementation of new tools.

OUR EXPECTATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

Hard Skills / Technical Experience

• Possess at least 1 year of IT User Support experience in tech environments.
• Administer MacOS, Windows, and Linux systems with foundational hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Manage mobile devices and identity access (SAML, SSO), with experience in SaaS tools like Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Show passion for innovation, with a strong interest in AI and automation.
• Exhibit experience in scripting and programming, hold an ITIL certification and be familiar with ticketing systems.

Soft Skills / Interpersonal Experience

• Communicate effectively at all levels, with strong stakeholder management and a service-oriented approach.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, challenge the status quo, and embrace learning as essential and inspiring.
• Proactively navigates fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a positive attitude toward change.
• Stay organized and effective under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Be fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
