IT Support Specialist

Behind each of our products is a brilliant group of people who share the same values and work together to create innovative solutions for real problems. To empower our team in Stuttgart we are looking for you as IT Support Specialist ICT/1st and 2nd Level Support within our Group IT department.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing end-user support to offer a high-quality experience to our 500 employees and our customers and partners thanks to your analytical and problem-solving system admin mentality,
• Responsible for the hardware of the German offices (Stuttgart and Munich) regarding laptops, network, printers, etc.
• Responsible with the other team members for the global solutions and processes.

What you bring:

Are you an analytical problem solver who is motivated by learning new technologies? Can you build relationships with ease, help and train users?

• Computer science apprenticeship with expertise in System Administration (Informatiker EFZ Systemtechnik), HF/FH is a plus
• Experience with hardware support (laptops, network, printers) and user support
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, MS Teams) is a plus.
• Programming skills is a plus, preferably PowerShell and Python.
• English fluency is essential, German and/or Spanish is a plus.
