IT Support Specialist

Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Streamline reports for team members and ensure delivery of regular reporting
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, including both Windows and MAC environments
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests related to both Windows and MAC
• Providing technical support across the company for both Windows and MAC users
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of routers, switches, and backup systems integral to network functionality
• VPN installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Basic troubleshooting and escalation of WiFi, VPN, and other network issues

Requirements and skills:

• 3-4+ years of technical engineering support
• Demonstrated experience with both Windows and MAC systems
• Preferred technical computer knowledge
• Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
• Good at English speaking and writing skills.
