Job Description

MAXISIQ has an opening for an IT Support Specialist Systems Administrator who will be responsible for providing superior customer service and are committed to the successful operation of our information technology systems. We are seeking a qualified IT Systems Administrator to work with customers remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting, while aiming to resolve issues with efficiency. Now interviewing for this full-time opportunity located in Chantilly, VA that becomes available in the Oct 2024 timeframe. Must have an active or current TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance to be considered. 

In this role you will:

• Provide quick and effective technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance
• Improve client references by writing and maintaining documentation
• Participate in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language
• Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
• Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Qualifications

• Clearance Requirement: Must have an active or current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
• 2 years of related systems administrator experience
