Your role: As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading and managing software and hardware infrastructure, to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Managing and optimizing internal business systems (Active directory, SharePoint, Office, Cloud storage, internal apps, ERP, Asterisk);
  • Overseeing direct system testing and validation procedures;
  • Monitoring and evaluating system performance;
  • Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing one;
  • Collaborating and coordinating with external vendors on the deployment/maintenance activities for new systems;
  • Working with Departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance;
  • Conferring with Managers and Solution Engineers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities;
  • Acting as internal service – level IT support (troubleshooting, maintenance, system & networks administration etc.).

To be a fit you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant degree;
  • At least 2-3 years previous working experience as a System Engineer, System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role;
  • Previous administration experience in ERP systems (i.e. Softone);
  • Development experience in Python;
  • A good understanding of Active Directory administration;
  • Bi-directional Systems integration experience;
  • Extensive knowledge of the various Microsoft Platforms (Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automation,etc.);
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
