IT Technical Program Manager

Our IT team enables Figmates to do the best work of their lives. We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead IT projects and programs that ensure reliability, efficiency, and accuracy while building customer trust.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of IT PMO and work closely with various business partners across Security, Workplace, Finance, HR, and IT. If you are a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a skilled problem-solver, we would love to hear from you!
What you'll do at Figma:

• Oversee IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring that they are completed within the established scope, timeline, and budget
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and complete project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to collaborators
• Drive standard processes and policies within the IT PMO
• Partner closely with a team of project/program managers to find opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance the efficiency of the organization
• Develop and document metrics and measurements for compliance with implemented processes
• Develop and continuously improve service management processes

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 7+ years of professional program management and cloud compute work experience, ideally in global management and operations of highly trafficked customer-facing applications
• Strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
• A proven foundation in IT, computer science, or a related field along with experience in software development, infrastructure management, and database design
• Proven experience successfully deploying cloud technologies in a global environment.
• Strong project management experience with mid to large-scale projects
• Effective communication with technical teams, partners, and executives
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM/agile & waterfall project management methodologies
