Role Responsibilities:

• Experience in configuration and generation of standard ITSM reports, Dashboards, and Metrics across the ITIL Practices using ServiceNow

• Strong experience in designing, building, and generation of insightful reports for Service Management

• Prior experience in generation of periodical Service Management reports such as Monthly Service Management Metrics, Service Level Reports, Monthly Service Level Trending and Insights reports etc.

• Experience with Splunk, Power BI, or similar tools, ServiceNow Administrator Certification will be an added advantage

• Should be familiar with ITSM, ITIL Practices and understand and adhere to contractual compliance requirements associated with reporting.

Due to the secure nature of the role, Australian citizens with a federal government security clearance will be preferred.
