This role is integral to our mission, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients receiving various intravenous therapies and regenerative treatments. https://victorymedicalinstitute.com Key Responsibilities: • IV Infusions:Administer intravenous therapies including regenerative peptides, stem cell infusions, vitamin infusions, and other therapeutic treatments, ensuring the highest standards of care. • Phlebotomy:Perform blood draws for diagnostic testing or treatment protocols, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to best practices. • Patient Care:Monitor patients during and after treatments to ensure their safety and well-being, addressing any immediate concerns. • Patient Education:Provide clear, compassionate guidance to patients on their treatments, including potential side effects, expected outcomes, and lifestyle modifications to enhance the efficacy of treatments. • Collaborative Care:Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create individualized care plans that support each patient’s holistic health journey. • Documentation:Maintain accurate and thorough records of treatments and patient progress in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Compliance:Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety regulations, ensuring that all treatments are performed in a sterile, controlled environment. Qualifications: • Licensed RN/LPN with valid certification in IV therapy and phlebotomy. • Proven experience in administering IV infusions and performing phlebotomy, preferably in a wellness or regenerative medicine setting. • Strong communication and patient care skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. • Commitment to holistic and integrative care, with an understanding of the benefits of regenerative therapies.
