WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Job Description

Do you have an interest in or a passion for providing world-class services and financial advice to high net worth individuals and family groups? We are looking for assertive, energetic, and creative students to join our team as part of our 6 month Internship Program in Miami, Florida

The intern will assist the Commercial Services Unit on daily basis demands, such as receiving the list of prospects, uploading it to databases and assisting with managing different types of comms (onboarding, follow-up, marketing campaigns, etc.).

Daily, the intern will assist managing the referral list, safeguarding its integrity & guaranteeing its daily update.

He/she will make collaborate in the making of both, internal and external reports, in order to maintain informed both the iWealth team and the local countries.

Those reports include, but are not limited to, the referral list, countries incentive campaign and opening/funding accounts.

He/she will be help with the update the SICAV's factsheets and its upload in the e-banking platform.

The iWealth Intern will support a line of business within BSI and gain an understanding of the segment end to end operations (client reception, onboarding, account opening and follow up) as well as gaining knowledge across all areas interacting with iWealth (Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, etc.)

Languages Required: English, Spanish, & Portuguese (required)

Skills and Abilities:

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate

Willing to learn and get hands-on experience

Attention to detail and follow through

Dedication to the team's success
