Summary We are seeking a Janitor to join our team at Renova One. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and clients. The Janitor will play a key role in supporting our operations and enhancing the overall appearance of our workspaces. Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. • Pick up trash and empty trash containers. • Perform light repairs and maintenance such as replacing lightbulbs or unclogging pipes (sinks & toilets). • Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting major issues or repairs needed. • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. • Performs other related duties as required. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in janitorial or custodial roles. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness. • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums effectively. • Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. • Good communication skills to report issues or collaborate with team members. • Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors to the building. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day. • Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
