JANITOR

Duval Ford is seeking a full-time Janitor. This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the dealership facility. This includes sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, and cleaning furniture. And ensuring the establishment meets all safety requirements. Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedure. • Clean, dust and wipe furniture. • Wash windows. • Wash walls, ceilings, and light fixtures regularly. • Ensure the dealership is clean and meets all safety requirements. • Sweep, vacuum and mop and wax floors. • Empty trash and clean ash trays and cigarette urns, and refill dispensers. • Maintains a professional appearance and conduct. • Must be able to work independently and understand/follow instructions. Requirements: • Ability to work independently • Understanding of health and safety regulations • Ability to keep an organized record of cleaning supply inventory • Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength and endurance.
