Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of janitorial preferably in an apartment community setting. Position requires light maintenance experience. Basic computer skills are required for training. Salary range: $21.00 - $29.40 per hour;hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00 - $25.20 per hour, DOE.Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Assists the Maintenance Technician as needed with repairs and common area cleaning. RESPONSIBILITIES • Sweeps, Mops, Scrubs and Vacuums Common Area’s • Empties Common Area Trash • Maintains all Parking Areas • Sweeps and Blows all Landings, Power Washes as Needed QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ Year of Related Janitorial or Grounds Experience CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
